JUST IN CASE®, Inc. gladly accepts all returns or exchanges within a 30-day period. International orders are not eligible for returns. You will be given credit or a refund for the amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. JUST IN CASE®, Inc. suggests that you insure all packages. We are not responsible for lost packages.
To process your return or exchange, please contact Info@justincaseinc.com or call (310) 440-9396. Please repackage the item(s) you are returning or exchanging, taking care to protect the merchandise from damage during return shipping. NOTE: JUST IN CASE®, Inc. will not accept any merchandise that is damaged due to your negligence in shipping. Include a copy of your original invoice and ship the box with your RMA listed on the box to:

For returns: Credit for the returned merchandise will be issued to the original card of purchase. Please allow 14 business days for credit processing.
For exchanges: Please indicate what you would like to receive in exchange for your original purchase; we will add or subtract the price difference of the new item(s) to your invoice.
